Therapy

We provide traditional talk therapy, along with options to integrate mindfulness practices and therapeutic yoga. Sessions are 50-60 minutes long. Areas of service include:

  • Anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders

  • grief, loss

  • life transitions

  • self-esteem, body image, self-love

  • suicidal ideation/ self-harm

 

Yoga

Book your private yoga session now. Traditional and therapeutic individual yoga sessions are available. Mobile and virtual sessions are also available. Sessions are generally 60-minutes long.
